The Shara M is a New York–based fashion brand focused on luxury hosiery and refined essentials designed to celebrate modern femininity. We blend minimalist design with high-quality materials to create elegant stockings and accessories built around sophistication, confidence, and timeless style.

We work closely with specialized manufacturers to develop premium hosiery using advanced textile techniques and high-performance materials — with attention to fit, durability, and a sleek aesthetic that carries from everyday wear to elevated looks. From the packaging to the last stitch, the aim is a luxurious experience from the moment it arrives to the moment it is worn.

We are at the ground floor: first merchandise, first campaigns, first audience. This internship puts you inside that process from day one, with direct mentorship from a founder with 10+ years of international modeling experience.

• Plan content each week; shoot on ~3 days per week, a few hours per session, on location in NYC
• Capture behind-the-scenes, product showcases, and lifestyle/campaign footage
• Manage day-to-day posting and engagement on TikTok and Instagram
• Participate in creative brainstorming for campaigns and content
• Assist with light logistics for shoots, packaging, and brand activities

$200 / month for transportation & expenses
